1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through the online shop www.leamara.com.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase. LEAMARA confirms receipt of the order immediately by email (order confirmation). The purchase contract is concluded upon this confirmation.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are charged separately and shown during the ordering process. Payment methods include advance payment, PayPal, credit card, and others offered in the shop.

5. Delivery and Shipping Costs
Delivery is made worldwide, primarily from Germany. Shipping costs are:

• EU countries: €6.99

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

6.1 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) take possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly (e.g., by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

6.2 Exclusion from Withdrawal
Products that have been opened are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

6.3 Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

You must return unused goods promptly and no later than fourteen days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

7. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. LEAMARA is liable only for intent and gross negligence for damages not caused to the product itself.

Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy available on our website.

9. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, provided the customer is a merchant.
