We ship our products worldwide, with primary shipping from Germany. Orders from the EU and other countries are welcome, unless restricted by law.

Important Return Information

No Returns for Opened Products
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products once their packaging has been opened.
Our products (e.g., sprays) are shipped sealed for hygiene. Once the seal is broken or the spray nozzle has been used, your right of withdrawal expires according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB (German Civil Code).

Unopened Products
Unopened and original sealed products may be returned within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
